SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order has shipped. I am not responsible for refunding orders lost in shipping or transit. Please double-check your shipping address when you order, as I am not responsible for handling these mistakes. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged products. I am not responsible for orders damaged in the shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and Contact Me to file a claim. Damaged products qualify for an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Any damaged products are only eligible for return up to 15 days from the date you received the order.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, CashApp, and Pay Pal. Additional fees may apply with use of certain credit cards, and fees are not included within the original product or shipping costs. All CashApp payments should be sent to $hannahghafary. PayPal payments should be sent to hghafar@clemson.edu. Double-check your spelling before sending payments, as I am not responsible for handling incorrect payments.
